These are amazing! I got these before a trip because I never sleep well in new places and it worked incredibly. I have a Fitbit that tracks my sleep quality and after taking these I was getting a solid amount of sleep and a lot of deep sleep! I woke up feeling so refreshed and energized.. which is so rare for me. The capsules are a normal size and work after 20-30 minutes. I also love that they are vegan and non GMO with natural ingredients and are non-habit forming. They are a sleep essential for me now and I won’t go anywhere without them.

As someone who doesnt have trouble falling asleep, but I wake up at all hours of the night and have trouble falling back asleep... this product worked like a charm! Only a couple of nights in, but so far so good. Usually I roll around and have trouble getting a good night's rest. I also tend to wake up during the night a few times. The last couple of nights have been a welcome change. Took one and about 30 minutes later I shut off the TV and apparently drifted off. I'm a long time Amazon user and this is my first time reviewing anything - I felt compelled since it worked so well. I have been a light sleeper my whole life and wake up often through the night and find it very difficult to get back to sleep. I decided to try the sleep aura and I can say it worked like a charm. On the first night I woke up to my alarm and thought I had set it for the wrong time, as I'm used to waking up multiple times during the night. Wrong, it was just the first time I slept all the way through the night in quite a while. Also I've tried some other not-so-natural sleep aids and I always felt a little groggy in the morning, but not with this. I've now been using it for a few weeks and I feel refreshed and sharp in the mornings. I will definitely be ordering again!

I have a full time gig, a side gig, a 16 month old and I get in the gym 4-6days a week. It’s safe to say I get probably 4 to 5 hours of sleep at most, and those 4 to 5 hours are crucial for me to be able to turn off my brain, fall asleep quickly and in a deep state.
